Process of getting your Business approved
These processes are very important to be legally allowed to operate a business in Dubai.
- Completed form
- Business plan
- Copy of existing trade license/ registration certificate Colored passport copies of the company’s shareholder/s and thus appointed Manager/Director for the new company
- NOC from current sponsors (for individuals)
- Unit deed
- Letter of Intent, Registry Identification Code Form (RIC) for Manager/Director.

Registration process
After the initial approval is the registration process. This entails paying the registration fees and license fees. After the fee payment, here are some of the documents you need to submit:
- Completed application for registration
- Board Resolution appointing Manager/Director

- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Specimen signature of Manager/Director
